Raymond M. Chan, P.E. - Principal Mr. Chan has over 30 years of experience in the consulting engineering industry. He has performed extensive hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, analyses and studies for numerous watersheds ranging from several acres to several hundred square miles. Mr. Chan's areas of expertise has expanded into the design of streets and major roadways, water supply, sewage collection, solid waste management, drainage improvements, erosion controls, streambed restoration and creek bank stabilization, regional detention facilities, water quality ponds and site development. |
Thomas F. Curran, P.E. - Vice PresidentMr. Curran, a registered professional engineer in the State of Texas since 1986, holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Curran has local and national experience in working on multi-disciplinary engineering projects. He has worked in the Austin area a majority of his time and also spent 4 years in land development and water resource planning with a national engineering consulting firm in Boston, Massachusetts. He spent 8 years with the Lower Colorado River Authority in water resource protection and was the Supervisor of Watershed Engineering where he managed several water resource protection implementation grants. |
John R. King, P.E. - Vice PresidentMr. King, a registered professional engineer in the State of Texas since 1985, holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. Widely recognized as an authority on water resources engineering, Mr. King has extensive experience in planning, design, and construction administration of major water supply facilities. He specializes in the design of water retaining / storage structures such as reservoirs, dams, and levees. Mr. King has considerable experience in the rehabilitation of concrete and earthen dams. Prior to joining CPE, Mr. King serviced as Principal-in-charge with Freese and Nichols and also served as the project manager on a number of large-scale public works projects including planning, design and construction for roads, utilities, railroads, wastewater collection systems, dams, and reservoirs. |
